1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FeedMansion ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

FeedMansion is a SaaS platform that uses AI to automatically generate social media content drafts from RSS feeds and blog content. The Service includes:

• AI-powered content generation using Anthropic Claude API
• RSS feed monitoring and content extraction
• Customizable AI "ghosts" with different personalities and tones
• Twitter OAuth integration for posting
• Post scheduling and management
• Email and push notifications
• Usage analytics and quota management

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other reasonable cause. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

FeedMansion offers multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) with different usage quotas and features. All plans include a 14-day free trial period.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date.

4.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, all subscription fees are non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at billing@feedmansion.com within 7 days.

5. Usage Quotas and Limits

Each subscription plan includes specific usage quotas:

• Posts per month: AI-generated post drafts created
• RSS feeds: Number of feeds you can monitor
• AI ghosts: Number of AI personalities you can create
• Twitter accounts: Number of Twitter accounts you can connect
• Scheduled posts: Number of posts in your scheduling queue

Exceeding your plan's quotas will prevent additional usage until you upgrade your plan or wait for the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to enforce reasonable use policies to prevent abuse.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights of others
• Generate spam, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use automated scripts to abuse the Service (beyond normal API usage)
• Generate content that violates Twitter's Terms of Service or community guidelines
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Circumvent usage quotas or technical limitations

7. Content Ownership and License

7.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to your RSS feeds, ghost configurations, and any content you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process your RSS feeds to generate content
• Use AI to create draft posts based on your instructions
• Store and display your content within the Service
• Post to Twitter on your behalf (with explicit authorization)

7.2 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated draft posts created by FeedMansion are provided to you for review and editing. You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy and appropriateness
• Ensuring published content complies with applicable laws and platform policies
• Making final decisions about what content to publish

7.3 Our Content

All rights, title, and interest in the FeedMansion platform, including software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

8.1 Twitter Integration

When you connect your Twitter account, you authorize FeedMansion to post content on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for all content posted to your Twitter account, even if generated by our AI. You must comply with Twitter's Terms of Service and community guidelines.

8.2 AI Provider

We use Anthropic's Claude API for content generation. Your content is processed according to Anthropic's privacy policy and terms of service.

8.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. Your payment information is handled according to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of AI-generated content
• Warranties that the Service will meet your specific requirements

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from errors, appropriate for your needs, or compliant with third-party platform policies. You use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEEDMANSION AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damage to reputation or goodwill
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Actions taken or not taken based on AI-generated content
• Suspension or termination of third-party accounts (e.g., Twitter)

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FeedMansion and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party rights (including intellectual property rights)
• Content you generate or publish using the Service
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

12. Data Backup and Loss

While we implement regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content. We are not liable for any data loss or corruption. We recommend exporting and backing up your data regularly.

13. Service Modifications and Availability

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time
• Change features, functionality, or usage quotas with reasonable notice
• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
• Implement emergency maintenance without notice

We are not liable for any service interruptions, modifications, or discontinuations.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with FeedMansion, please contact us at support@feedmansion.com to seek informal resolution before pursuing formal legal action.

14.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

15.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, internet failures, or third-party service disruptions.
